How to prepare:

Step 1:

Wash hands & equipment
Wash your hands and sterilize all utensils according to manufacturers’ instructions.
boil for 10 minutes.
After 6 months of age, if you are using a beaker, it is not necessary to sterilize equipment but ensure everything has been fully cleaned.

Step 2:

Boil 1 liter of fresh tap water (not bottled water).
Allow it to cool for no more than 30 minutes.
Do not use artificially softened water or repeatedly boiled water.

Step 3:

Carefully pour the correct amount of warm, previously boiled water into the sterilized feeding bottle.

Fill the enclosed scoop with powder, leveling with the back of a clean, dry, knife.
Do not pack down in a scoop.

Step 4:

Add one scoop of powder to each 30ml (1fl oz) of water.
Only use the scoop provided.
Adding too many or too few scoops can be harmful.
Cap the bottle and shake until completely dissolved.
Remove the cap, fit a sterilized teat to the bottle, and test the temperature (drops of formula should feel lukewarm on the inside of your wrist).
If necessary, add a cap and cool it by holding it under cold running water.
Feed immediately.
